Dr. Mazen Al-Qahtani, Dean of the College of Applied Sciences at Al-Maarefa University, met with Eng. Mansour Al-Obaid, Chairman of the Information Technology Committee at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh and members of the committee, and the two sides discussed ways to enhance partnership in various fields and support the empowerment of young people in the fields of training and employment in the field of information technology, and studying the Saudi market and the needs of skills and knowledge in the fields of technology and digital transformation.
It is worth mentioning that the College of Applied Sciences previously obtained academic accreditation from the German Authority for Academic Accreditation ASIIN – Global Leader in Quality Assurance in Higher Education, in the computer program, the information systems program and the health information systems program, which constitutes a global recognition of the quality of the college’s programs.
